Contact Us

Dear Patients and Visitors,

The safety of our patients and staff is of paramount importance to us. In line with COVID-19 regulations, there are some changes to our services and the way we work:

  • Our hours of work are 9.30am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Patients who attend the practice with fever, persistent cough and other symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or the flu will be turned away and their appointments re-booked.

  • To facilitate social distancing rules, appointments will be spaced out, and treatments will need to provided in order fo priority. This limits the number of patients we can see each day/week.

  • Appointment availability for routine check-ups and cleans is limited. We may not be able to offer you an appointment until 3-4 weeks in the future.
  • Only patients with appointments will be allowed in the building. All appointments will need to be pre-booked; our walk-in service is suspended until further notice.

  • New patient registration is currently open but limited. We do offer telephone consultations if there is a specific dental issue you wish to discuss.

  • On arrival, all patients will be required to use the handwashing and hand-sanitising facilities available.

  • To support the principles of social distancing, we ask that all patients attend alone (where possible), arrive at their appointment time (not earlier), make payment by card or contactless, and wear a mask in the common areas whenever possible.

  • For patients who are vulnerable, please make sure to let the practice know. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to refer you for treatment elsewhere.

  • If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, please try to do so 24 hours in advance.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
